You can send your timepiece directly to our Service Center in Dallas according the following 7 steps

CONTACT US FOR ORDERING OUR SHIPPING KIT & SERVICE REQUEST FORM
Contact us via concierge form or calling at +1 877-726-3724 (1-877-PANERAI) from Monday to Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm CDT, Saturdays: 9:00am - 5:30pm CDT. Once we have received your information we will send you the Shipping Kit.
2. WATCH PACKING
Complete the Service Request Form with the needed informations and your signature
Pack your watch into the Shipping Kit following the packaging instructions.
Use a carrier of your choice : shipping fees at your cost and insurance coverage is recommended.
4. DIAGNOSIS AND COST ESTIMATE
Diagnosis will be performed within 5 business days of receipt of your timepiece
No handling and freight charge except if your timepiece is sent at the Manufacture Panerai in Switzerland. In this case 75$ fees will be applied unless if the repair is under warranty.
Once the Cost Estimate is approved, the requested service is launched.
By signing the Service Request Form, you accept that your timepiece could be sent at the Manufacture in Switzerland.
