On September 10, 1993, Panerai appeared to the civilian public for the first time, unveiling Ref. 5218-201/A. Its sharper 1990s Luminor case quickly rose to cult status as an unprecedented aesthetic that challenged traditional watchmaking codes. PAM01714 carries that language into a 42mm steel DLC execution, pairing a darker, more contemporary profile with a matte blue dial, P.980 automatic calibre and 50 bar water resistance, built for daily strength and wearability.
