"Gold is a very dense metal, soft, highly ductile and malleable. The special alloys used by Officine Panerai are characterised by their great resistance and natural colour. The pink gold alloy used, 4N, is a combination of gold, silver and copper. It contains a smaller percentage of copper than red gold, giving it a soft pink colour"
