Thanks to their robustness and the extreme precision of the movements, Panerai timepieces are made to last. The maintenance service and specialist technical assistance provided by the Manufacture enables them to maintain their unique characteristics unchanged over time.
Within the Panerai Manufacture there is a department which is extremely important for customers, the After-Sales Service. A mechanical watch requires maintenance and technical adjustment periodically – normally every five or six years – to enable it to operate as well as possible throughout the long life for which it was created. At any time a Panerai watch owner can return it to this department, which first provides an estimate for repairs outside guarantee and, once this is approved, will take no longer than four weeks to repair and return it.
All the watchmakers who work in this department, as well as all those who work in the Panerai service centres located throughout the world to provide customers with a more immediate response, have received special training from master watchmakers who work in the ultra-modern training centre in the Manufacture at Neuchâtel or locally. The maker’s After-Sales Service is the only centre which can also provide technical assistance for vintage Panerai watches, and for those with the most sophisticated complications and other innovative features.
