You may return your Panerai piece for an exchange or a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of original delivery to you in accordance with our Conditions of Sale. 

Please contact our Concierge Ambassadors to register your return and agree on a date for a complimentary pick-up service to collect the piece.  

You may also return your piece in any of our Panerai Boutiques in Singapore within the same 14 calendar day period, provided that the original order was collected from the boutiques and not delivered to an external location.

Panerai will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in anyway.

All orders include optional and complimentary Panerai signature gift wrapping. You may also choose to complete your gift purchase with a personalised message on a Panerai gift card.

Boutique pick-up orders will not be gift-wrapped ahead of time, to allow you to verify your order. However, gift wrapping may be requested directly upon pick-up with the boutique staff.
