Panerai Boutique Firenze
Located in Florence, where Panerai’s story began in 1860, the historic boutique in Piazza San Giovanni has stood at the heart of the Maison’s identity since 1926. Under the appellation “Orologeria Svizzera”, the Florence boutique was more than a retail space for the Panerai family; it was a functional workshop where skilled horologists meticulously assembled and repaired watches sold within its walls. Here, the Panerai family consolidated their knowledge of horology, thanks to numerous contacts with the most important Maisons of the time. Today, the boutique preserves that legacy through a concept inspired by Panerai's historic workshop, where Florentine architectural references meet the Maison's technical identity. Walnut wood, striato olimpico marble recalling the geometric patterns of the Duomo façade, and brass details inspired by the world of the sea create a setting that reflects Panerai's origins. Spanning more than 285 square meters, the boutique also features a fully operational watchmaker's station on the ground floor. Upstairs, a new lounge area has been conceived to immerse guests in Panerai's heritage and contemporary identity, offering an intimate space to experience the Maison's past and present in the city where it all began.
