Bronze is an alloy composed of copper (Cu) and tin (Sn). Panerai developed a formulation with 8% tin and minimal impurities, ensuring high resistance to wear, exceptional versatility, and structural strength. The resulting alloy encourages the formation of a natural patina over time without changing the material’s properties while preventing further oxidation—enhancing both character and protection.
