The new Luminor Marina marks the umpteenth step in a continuous process of development.

High-performance Super-LumiNovaTM has been selected by the Panerai Laboratorio di Idee in three distinctive shades, each associated with a specific dial design.
The mechanical heart of the collection is the P.9010 calibre, an automatic movement only 6 mm thick entirely designed and developed in the Panerai Manufacture in Neuchâtel.
Sandwich Dial
Invented by Panerai, the sandwich construction aims to achieve greater luminosity. Creating the dial with a drilled upper plate superimposed on a solid lower one, it glows with a self-luminating material.
Small seconds indicator
The small seconds indicator is an unmistakable detail of many Panerai watches, including the Luminor Marina. It was first born from commandos’ need to have their operations and watches synchronize perfectly.
Crown Protecting Device
Patented by Panerai, the crown protecting device with lever has become a distinctive symbol of the brand. Designed to ensure the case’s water resistance, it also prevents the crown from accidental shock or damage.
