  • Self-evaluation: Regular internal audits and evaluations
  • Third-party audits and testing: Assessments by external accessibility experts
  • Monitoring: Automated conformance scans at regularly scheduled intervals
  • CI/CD testing: Testing for accessibility errors in code during the development pipeline
  • Errors fixing: Prioritization of fixes to accessibility issues in the development pipeline
  • Record keeping: Internal reporting on accessibility conformance
  • Integration of UserWay widget: Providing addition ways for users to adapt the website according to their specific needs
  • Periodical interviews: Contacting quarterly interviews with the Customer Relationships Centre to collect feedback
