Send your Panerai for service with our service kit
Ensure your Panerai timepiece receives the care it deserves. We’re excited to offer a hassle-free shipping kit that allows you to send your watch directly to your closest Panerai Service Center, according to the following steps:
1. Request Your Shipping Kit
To send your timepiece directly to your nearest service center, simply request a complimentary pre-paid shipping kit. Complete the digital Service Request form and email it to our Concierge at concierge.europe@panerai.com.
Please note that following countries service is not available: Brazil, Hong Kong SAR China, Korea, Republic of Macau SAR China, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Russian Federation, Singapore, Taiwan, China, Thailand, Turkey and United Arab Emirates.
Only genuine Panerai timepieces are eligible for this service (excluding clocks and instruments). For our full terms & conditions, please consult our Conditions of Service.
2. Prepare Your Timepiece
Once you receive your shipping it, follow these steps:
• Take clear photographs of your timepiece (front and back) for your records
• Safely package your Panerai following the instructions provided
• Include a copy of the completed Service Request
If your timepiece is still under the original or extended International Limited Warranty, please attach a copy of your completed warranty card.
3. Ship Your Timepiece
Send your package by scheduling a complimentary collection with our DHL courier or drop it off at your nearest courier drop-off point.
4. Approve Your Cost Estimate
Upon receipt at our workshop, your timepiece will undergo a thorough diagnosis to identify the necessary services to restore its optimal performance.
You will receive an email with a cost estimate detailing the required work, along with any optional aesthetic recommendations.
The creation of the Cost Estimate by Master Watchmaker takes time and careful preparation. Therefore, we reserve the right to raise the diagnosis fee should the service be declined or if we do not receive a response within the Cost Estimate validation period.
5. Start of Your Service
Once you approve the cost estimate, your Panerai will be serviced by our Master Watchmaker (unless covered under warranty, in which case it will go directly into repair). The approved services will be completed within the timeframe specified in the estimate.
If you decline the estimate or we do not hear from you within the cost estimate validation period, we will return your watch in its original condition without service.
6. Pay Your Invoice
Once you approve the cost estimate, your Panerai will be serviced by our Master Watchmaker (unless covered under warranty, in which case it will go directly into repair). The approved services will be completed within the timeframe specified in the estimate.
If you decline the estimate or we do not hear from you within the cost estimate validation period, we will return your watch in its original condition without service.
7. Receive Your Timepiece
After your payment is received, your timepiece will be securely shipped back to your designated delivery address.
Enjoy the peace of mind as your timepiece will be returned to you in perfect condition.
