RADIOMIR

The Radiomir is the first watch designed by Panerai as a prototype in 1936 at the request of the Royal Italian Navy.

It takes its name from the material used on the dial, a very luminous material - patented by Panerai - that made the watch ideal for the underwater use for which it was designed.

Today the watches of the Radiomir Collection takes inspiration from the historic models realized by Panerai in the first half of the past century, the case is a tribute to the excellence of Italian design.
